Pay column: PAID = card payment captured (or marked paid by staff) · ON DAY = collect on the day, then “Mark paid”. With Stripe live, card payments arrive as PAID automatically via webhook.

Pins are geocoded from each booking's postcode (UK postcodes.io) and plotted on OpenStreetMap — no API key needed. Geocoding results are cached so the map loads fast on repeat visits.

Owing = unpaid or link sent but not yet paid. "Send payment link" creates a secure Stripe link and offers an automatic send. "Mark paid, cash" records a cash payment (who took it and when).

Leads come from the rewards landing page. Redeem here for walk-ins — to redeem against a specific booking use the 🎁 link next to the customer on the Jobs tab. Redeeming a step automatically schedules the next tier.

The code must be an existing, active discount code from Settings → Discount codes, so an offer can never promise a discount the booking app will not honour. The public page and the chat assistant only ever show offers that are active and inside their date window.
