When we start the process, we’ll dive into your business  understanding the numbers, the customers, and what makes it tick. We’ll build a vision together for what comes next.
Once we’re both confident, we’ll share our initial assessment and outline how YIKES can keep your vision going.

Once we’ve agreed on a purchase price and timeline, we record this in an Initial Agreement. This gives both parties confidence and allows us to start the formal closing process straight away keeping everything moving smoothly.

From here, we take a closer look at your business. We review your figures, legal position, and operational setup to get a full picture. At the same time, we prepare the Business Transfer Agreement and work with the owners to negotiate the lease terms keeping the process smooth and transparent every step of the way.

In the final step, we sign the contracts and formalise the transaction. The funds will be in your account promptly, and your mobile car wash will be fully integrated into YIKES ready to continue growing under our management.
