Yes, anywhere in the UK. In London our own team washes your vehicles, arriving by cargo e-bike. Everywhere else a vetted local washer from the Yikes Network does the work under your Yikes contract. A Yikes operator. Yikes holds your contract, sets the standard and is responsible for every visit, whether it is done by our own team or by a partner from the Yikes Network. You deal with Yikes and nobody else.
Smaller fleets pay monthly in advance by card. Larger fleets, or anyone who needs invoice terms, are invoiced monthly once we have done a quick credit check. The quote builder shows which applies to you and the payment terms before you commit.
Yes, a short minimum term to start, which is longer on invoice terms, and then a notice period. The exact terms show next to your quote and are written into your agreement.
Not in London: our team carries its own water and power. Elsewhere, tell us what your site has when you send your quote and we match a washer who can work with it.
Every visit starts with before photos, and any damage we spot is noted and reported to you. If you think something went wrong on a visit, tell us straight away and we will look into it using the photos from that visit.
