How a Yikes mobile car wash works

You book online in under a minute: choose a service, drop in your postcode, pick a time window and pay by card or on the day. At your slot, a Yikes operative rides to your street by cargo e-bike carrying water, power and all equipment, so nothing is needed from you or your building.

The wash happens right where the car sits. That is the whole point in a city where a parking space can take twenty minutes to win: your car never moves, you never queue, and your weekend stays yours. When the clean is done we message you, and if you booked while out, you come back to a spotless car.

Why a cargo e-bike beats a van

Most mobile valeters drive a diesel van to your door and often park it across your neighbours to work. Our rigs are cargo e-bikes: zero emissions on every journey, quicker than a van through London traffic, and they tuck in next to your car without needing a second parking space.

The method is built for the city too. We carry our own water and use about a quarter of what a typical mobile wash gets through, which means no flooded gutters and no hose snaking across the pavement.

The Essential Inside and Out (£61, £49 members) covers an exterior hand wash, wheels, glass and tyres, plus an interior vacuum and wipe down: the reliable everyday refresh. The Deluxe Inside and Out (£71, £56 members) goes deeper on every surface for a showroom finish.
