A London car is under continuous attack: plane trees dripping sap and honeydew, bird traffic on every avenue, brake-dust fog on the main corridors, winter salt, and the general film a dense city lays on everything left outside. None of it is dramatic on any single day, which is the trap; it compounds, and a car that looked fine in March is dull and speckled by August.

The exterior cadence that works

Fortnightly washing is the honest sweet spot for a London car parked outside: frequent enough that contamination never bonds, infrequent enough to be affordable and sane. The cabin is a habit, not a project

Interior freshness is ninety percent throughput control: the weekly minute of taking the rubbish out, mats shaken when they need it, nothing organic left overnight. Do that and the cabin only needs professional attention rarely, a proper reset once or twice a year with the interior deep clean doing the parts no habit reaches, fibres, vents and the smells that live in them.

Make the routine effortless
